By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

9. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services.

10. You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this would make you ineligible for a refund.

11. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

12. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UTTAR PRADESH.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PARYATAN WORLD, we strive to provide smooth and reliable travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds are processed for all bookings made with us.

1. General Policy

• All bookings made with PARYATAN WORLD are subject to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned below.

2. Cancellation by Customer

A. Package Tours (Domestic & International)

• 30 days or more before departure:
  Minimum cancellation fee + any hotel/airline/transport charges actually incurred.

• 15–29 days before departure:
  25% of the total package cost + charges incurred.

• 7–14 days before departure:
  50% of the total package cost + charges incurred.

• Less than 7 days before departure:
  100% of the package cost (No refund).

B. Hotel / Houseboat Bookings

• Cancellation as per the hotel’s/houseboat’s individual policy.

• For non-refundable room types: No refund.

C. Flights (Domestic & International)

• Cancellation charges are strictly as per the airline’s fare rules.

• PARYATAN WORLD service fee is non-refundable.

3. Amendments / Date Changes

• Date or itinerary changes are treated as cancellation + new booking.

• Any loss due to price change, hotel unavailability, or airline fare increase must be borne by the customer.

4. No-Show Policy

• If the customer fails to show up for any service (flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers), the booking is treated as No-Show.

• No refund is applicable.

5. Cancellation by PARYATAN WORLD

• If we are unable to provide the promised service due to operational issues, overbooking, or any unforeseen situation:
  Full refund OR Alternative service of equal value will be offered.

• The customer may choose either option.

6. Force Majeure / Events Beyond Control

No refund will be issued for delays, changes, or cancellations caused due to:

• Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, landslides)

• Accidents, roadblocks, political unrest

• Airline technical issues or schedule changes

• Weather conditions (especially in hilly areas)

• Government restrictions or strikes

However, we will provide maximum assistance to reschedule or rearrange services.

7. Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving written cancellation request.

• Refund amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment.

• PARYATAN WORLD service charges, payment gateway fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

8. Special Conditions

• Some hotels, packages, flights, houseboats, and peak-season bookings (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Long Weekends) are 100% non-refundable.

• These conditions will be clearly informed at the time of booking.
